It takes a lot of training, flexibility, endurance and most of all heart to be good in Muay Thai.
Best way to be good is to train like a Muay Thai boxer. P. Samranchai Muay Thai offers training 6 days a week from 7 am to 5pm
Training starts at 6:30 am warm up run of 3 to 5 km
7 am or 7:30 am skip rope or stretching from there
20mins of shadow boxing
4 to 8 rounds of bag work
4 to 5 rounds of pad work
3 to 4 rounds of cliching
then cool down exercise sit ups, push up and calisthenics
then rest period till 2 pm
2pm running 2 to 3km
2:30 pm Skip rope and Shadow boxing
3:00 pm Pad work 3 to 6 rounds
Bag work 3 to 5 rounds
clinching and sparing 5 to 8 rounds
technique training 3 to 4 rounds
cool down exercise push ups, sit ups and calisthenics

2,500 baht a week training
5000 baht 2 weeks training
9000 baht a month training
12000 baht a month training and accommodation food excluded
